BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend is the UK’s premier free festival. Curated by Britain’s leading youth broadcaster, the event brings together a stellar cast of British and International talent and presents it to an audience of over 25,000 per day.

Jaw dropping line-ups that have become a signature of Radio 1’s Big Weekend, previous years have included the likes of Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Taylor Swift, Calvin Harris, One Direction and Muse.

The festival is free to all that attend, is broadcast live Nationwide on BBC Radio 1 and also features visualised sets and features on Radio 1’s BBC iPlayer channel.

Location: Burton Constable Hall, East Yorkshire

Attendance: 25,000 per day
